It was in a box of junk that has been in my garage for eons. I soaked it in soapy water and toothbrushed it for a week before I could read the inscription. I don’t recall a Centre Street in S P when I roamed the streets there in the early 70’s for the phone company. I use to go to White’s Point and eat my lunch and I might have found it there.
