They seem a bit more elegant than other drinks. Perhaps you have a special occasion to toast (like New Year’s Eve), or are welcoming new neighbors, or maybe you just want a change from Mimosas at your next brunch. May I offer the Ho’olanilani? Ho’olanilani 1 oz Stiggins’ Fancy Plantation Pineapple rum 1/2 oz Don’s mix (2 tsp white grapefruit juice, 1 tsp cinnamon syrup) 1 dash Angostura bitters Top with champagne (4-5 oz) Shake everything except champagne with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Ho’olanilani

1 oz Stiggins’ Fancy Plantation Pineapple rum
