I read this article again today. Putting the text in made me see it again, which is very appropriate. I spent my whole drive to work listening to what I thought might be an interesting podcast... it's new so I thought I'd give it a go... oh how wrong I was. I was actually yelling at the podcast for the inaccuracies lol, but the kicker was nowhere did the pod casters give credit where credit is due... no mention of Sven and the book of tiki, no mention of Jeff Berry, no mention of Bosco...shoot, I don't think they mentioned the Mai Kai ...the list could go on.

Thanks for reposting it. I spend a lot of my thinking time wondering if my choices are even in the ballpark. At least, today reminds me that I'm light years ahead of people who can't be bothered to recognize the history and its historians. There's my 2 cents from an angry Canadian :) oh and I also spent at least two hours explaining to other non tiki people why this random podcast was so wrong...now they all think I'm going crazy.
