Wish List #8 this Black Velvet is for Tiki Wahini aka Lynn L. Bloom. It took one week to paint.

She had three requests that it be small and contain Rosita and the horney tiki.

I call this one the horney tiki. He is a slit drum.

I like to put three tikis into each painting. Odd numbers always work out to be the best. I start with the cone tiki and

then I surround the base with a plant. An art instructor once told me that every painting he ever put pink into sold.

Next I put the horney tiki into the background.

Once he was done I put a plant in front of him.

It is so easy to get off track with a decorated tiki so again I printed out a photo in the right size and started to paint.
