Okay, wow. That's some exceptional planning there. It's going to be fantastic. Get a liquor license and you'll be able to make it pay for itself! And I wouldn't give up on the neoclassical bust so quickly. A likeness of Trader Vic or Don the Beachcomber would fit in quite nicely. :wink: |
