I really appreciate the confidence boost TC friends, thanks! A dark stain added to the primitive nature of this basswood piece called "Unknown Navigator"


I used espresso.


I was ready to paint this cedar stump also, but a trip to Home Depot proved wasted as they do not sell tung oil in gallons. A quart will not go far on this absorbent MoFo.
