At the start of the year, I set out to make or have a different Tiki drink every weekend for a year, both in hopes of increasing my confidence in mixing drinks, as well as expanding my palate. I'm 15 weeks in, and the project has grown to include the recipes for the drinks, my thoughts on the drink, as well as pics of any other tiki stuff I run across here in Michigan.
