I was wondering what I was going to do with so much and now I know. I'm going to definitely have a shot "from the big bottle" over the weekend and see if I can get a friend to join me. This should not be too hard because we are already dedicated drinkers of a particular brand of alpine schnapps (Grassl "Gebirgs Enzian") which is distilled from the roots of the Gentian plant. The label on Angostura Bitters notes that gentian is a component. Good stuff!
