THEY'RE CRAP. Sell your electric crushers, donate them, or put 'em on a shelf. (Some are ok but most are junky and slow.) Go get yourselves a mallet and Lewis Bag. It's faster, better, offers more control over ice texture, and the bag soaks up the water meaning dryer, colder ice. You can get a Schmallet and bag at Cocktail Kingdom for a little more than 20 bucks and you'll never look back.
