A couple of things. About 1966 we went to a museum near Tulsa that was mainly Western art but among other things there were shrunken heads a lot of them looked like these. Also that 20th century Polynesian Type Tiki, #599 in the Christie's catalog, sure looks like it could be a Bumatay and he was from Hawaii. |
