Disappointed in Las Vegas (long-re: Taboo Cove/Venus Lounge) - General Tiki

I think a grand tiki event perhaps poised 6 months opposite of Tiki Oasis would be a idea, what motnh would that be? Heck, even if it went the way of Las Vegas Grind, and only lasted a coupla years, we could attach some fond memories to an effort so deserving of them. So whens Tiki-Con 2003?
