I tried their Jet Pilot too, but I must admit that HH's Mai Kai Jet Pilot is the last word in that family of drinks as far as I'm concerned. No beating it. Then a "Shang Hai Mai Tai" in the bar above China Live while we waited for our table. I tend to shy away from any "Mai Tai" that doesn't specifically cite Trader Vic or the year 1944 as their recipe, but this one was okay. It's sort of a hybrid between an actual Mai Tai and Vic's Eastern Sour: scotch, rum, lime, and orgeat.
