On National Mai Tai Day, we're enjoying a modern yet traditional version of Trader Vic's classic (Beachbum Berry's Latitude 29 recipe) featuring Appleton Estate rum, Rhum Clément, Orgeat Works and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao. Okole maluna Victor Bergeron, and happy 74th birthday to the Mai Tai. (Also very impressed with Hay Straws as an all-natural option).
