This one was located in a mall in Norfolk, Virginia. The matchbook utilized the Ren Clark Polynesian Village signature Tiki design. Here is a rather interesting article from 1974. Seems as though the ABC liquor board was proposing to pull the liquor licenses at the Blue Hawaii restaurants in Norfolk and Hampton due to the "partial nudity" and "lustful nature" of the hula girl dancers that worked at the restaurants! Scandalous! Could this be the location that served the Blue Hawaii Moai mug? DC
