Hi MDM, I've had a few pieces where the glaze got holes from bubbles. Mine happened because the glaze was still damp and the water boiled. I always have a 20 minute hold at the end of my bisque fires for maximum shrinkage. Anyway I just put on more glaze let it dry completely and fired it again and it would come out perfectly.
