Working my way through the Miracle menu. My favorites so far are ...


The Christmas Carol Barrel (aged rum, Aquavit, amaro, pumpkin pie, lemon, Angostura bitters) is a mashup of Tiki, Christmas and craft cocktails.


Yippie Ki Yay Mother F****r! (sweet potato, Barbados rum, cachaça, Trinidad overproof rum, dry curacao, marshmallow orgeat, lime) packs a powerful wallop of flavor. Rum fans will enjoy this.


The biggest surprise: And A Partridge In A Pear Tree (reposado tequila, pear brandy, mezcal, spiced brown sugar, lime, egg white, club soda, Angostura bitters, cinnamon) is smoky, sweet and perfectly balanced.
