Bumbu rum - Tiki Drinks and Food

Wanting to get the best use of it, I haven't cracked it open yet, and thought I'd run it past the experts here. :) Has anyone tried Bumbu Original? If so, what are its best uses? From what (little) I can find, it's delicious on its own, and tastes a bit like Bananas Foster (notes of spice, banana, and brown sugar).
