Rum Scaffa
Scaffas are room temperature mixed drinks not diluted by water; however, in Rum Cookery & Drinkery, Vic says to shake with ice (but I stayed true to the original). He also calls for light Puerto Rico rum, but I used Barcardi 8, which is quite enjoyable. |
