Little recap of the past few days.

I was in Tucson for the mineral show so I took the opportunity to stop off for booze and chow at the Kon Tiki. I ordered the Kon Tiki Mai Tai knowing full well that I wasn't going to get anything even resembling a mai tai, but I really wanted a swizzle stick to add to my collection. After that I tried a rum barrel and a zombie. To be brutally honest, none of them were that good or that strong. They all looked and tasted more alike than different, which leads me to believe they might have a base mixer that they're doling out for everything. I did like the food though, the skewers and crab rangoon both hit the spot, and the interior was great what with the clam shell fountain and the big tiki rising out of the floor. Next time I go though, I may have to sneak in a bit of LH 151 to give those drinks some teeth.

When we got back I found that an important PSA regarding the risks of crossing up a rum drinker had finally arrived in the mail, so we celebrated with a few zombies made with rums from the private stock.
