You’ve seen enough that I don’t think it’d be hypocritical even without you being there in person. It really is a shame the current establishment can’t uphold the drinks, at the very least. In this age where “craft cocktails” are trendy, there’s not really a good excuse. I guess it’s just not something the demographic this owner is targeting cares about. But it’s certainly a missed opportunity. Despite a mismatched value for the food and the “tamed” atmosphere, I’d still go back if the drinks were acceptable. At least get the friggin Mai Tai right!!
