Time to Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go for the day and get Physical. An easy 5k (no Running Up That Hill) to help you recover from the night before. And when you are done you can tell everyone “I Ran (So Far Away)”.
Yep, it’s a bit earlier than last year, so less worries about the heat. Which means you’ll feel good after and be Walking On Sunshine!
