Here's one I keep coming back to: The recent acquisition of Swedish Punch allows me to finally enjoy the Doctor Cocktail, which has teased me from the back of the Smith & Cross bottle for years ... Shake 1 oz each of rum, punch and lime and strain into a chilled coupe. It's deliciously tart, rich and funky. If you want some serious punch, try the version in "Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails." Ted "Doctor Cocktail" Haigh's namesake drink doubles the Jamaican rum to 2 oz. Cheers, Ted!
