Interior decor (cleaning, refreshed items, removal of beer signs) Seating (rips in vinyl seating) Something reasonably approaching craft style cocktails (add some premium cocktails) Exterior window boxes Iconic neon sign I don't expect this place to be serving Smuggler's Cove quality cocktails. But I'd at least expect them to be on par with Kona Club or Tiki Tom's or Tiki Haven (a low bar...).

Fixing the sign is far down the list of things that are needed to make this a place I'd like to visit.

I don't expect this place to be serving Smuggler's Cove quality cocktails. But I'd at least expect them to be on par with Kona Club or Tiki Tom's or Tiki Haven (a low bar...).
