Damn no Ric Ocasek or Eddie Money posting here by the Death Police? 2 days ago - Ric Ocasek -- the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame singer whose popular new wave band, The Cars, helped define the sound of rock music in the late 1970s and '80s -- died from hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, according to the NYC medical examiner. 5 days ago - Eddie Money, the prolific singer and songwriter whose songs “Baby Hold On,” “Two Tickets to Paradise,” “Shakin'” and “Take Me Home Tonight” soundtracked popular music in the 1980s, died Friday (Sept. 13). He was 70. They were both born in states other than California, Ha! Never heard of some of these people listed. |
