From the new Tiki Triangle book by Justin Cristaldi ...

Afterton
2 oz white rum (originally used Appleton white, now known as J. Wray Silver)
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz honey mix

Shake with ice and pour into a small rocks glass or Tiki mug.

Created by the members of Waitiki 7 in Honolulu in 2008 after playing the Atherton Pavilion for Hawaii Public Radio.

You can pick up the book at http://tikitriangle.com

It contains more than 100 recipes, from Tiki classics to modern takes by top bartenders including Garret Richard and Brian Miller.

It's been quite a year for Tiki cocktail books. This could explain why I'm not getting much writing done ...

Along with an obsession for making every possible drink in the books.
