It's time to do more catch up photos. This past summer I made the decision that I would change some molds and bring back a blast from the past. It would take some work but in the end it would be worth it.

Part One 7/20/19

Years ago I molded a real Frankoma War God to use as a statue.

I made a few goblets and a

few bowls.

Then in 2019 I converted a statue for John Markovich into a mug. Hmmmm time to think about the future.

Thinking over I pulled out the first of two molds and

thought about altering it into a mug mold rather than a statue mold.

I told Dan to get the door knob hole drill ready and then I

marked where he should drill on the mold.

I can see right through from top and then out the bottom.

Perfect positioning. Of course right now it's an open tunnel that I will have to fix.

This is hard work and when I asked him to do a second one he took a break first.

I decided to go ahead and have him drill the second of my two molds.

This dust is able to cause instant COPD. Always wear a mask.

Then it was time to figure out how to plug the hole. That will be part two and it won't be easy.
