I would say most of us take ice into serious consideration; it’s one of the most important elements in a tiki cocktail. That pellet ice is good for filling a glass & straining a shaken drink over it. It’s not so good for shaking or blending with, it tends to turn mushy. I also feel like it melts quicker than crushed, but that’s not a problem if you drink it quick! Mele Kalikimaka!
