Quick reminder - Cuban locals told me that they don't drink Havana Club. They recommend Santiago de Cuba rum. SDC is produced and bottled in the old Bacardi plant. I brought back 3 or 4 bottles of SDC, it really is good rum, and as expected, the older-aged versions are tastier than the younger ones. Mike -- you wrote that you brought back 19 bottles? I thought I was doing well with 9 bottles!!!!!! Very cool...!!! |
