Met someone here in town who use to live in Micronesia.
He had a few items he wanted to let go of.
He got them all between 1999-2000

And here’s the ironic thing.
The night before I was going through one of my tribal arts magazines,
I saw an article on these, took a few photos of some of the images If the carvings.
The next day I own one.

A beautiful 19 inch Tino Aitu.
Carved by a mortockese on the island of Pohnpei.
