Search Improvements: pagination, post previews - Changelog

This will allow members to view a full list of their posts. I've also added quick previews for the post and member profiles. Search is one of the hardest problems to solve, especially with large amounts of content. The search was rebuilt to match the functionality of the original Tiki Central. I've also implemented a Google site search (also on the original Tiki Central) which will be a better choice for keyword search and continue to improve as Google crawls the site.
