Crypto-Mugs. Do these legends exist and who has them? - Collecting Tiki

All of these have been well documented, EXCEPT for that Chimp in Orbit mug on the far left. Just for reference, here it is, once again, on an original HHV drink menu: According to this thread, the Chimp in Orbit was still a true crypto mug. So...
