There are a few boat sushi places in the Bay Area but some pieces go around and around and it makes you wonder how long it's been floating. I like my sushi extremely fresh. There's a place I heard about in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle?) where you pick a live fish and they cut it and bring it to your table raw and it's still moving! |
