One more Maui inspiration Maui Mudpie doesn't need much of a recipe. Start with a premade Oreo crust (or make one in a springform pan if you feel energetic). Add a layer of macadamia nut halves. Pile on a half gallon of softened coffee ice cream. Sprinkle with toasted coconut if desired. Place in freezer until set. Add whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and caramel syrups.
