Meeting new owner Bill Fuller was a joy and an honor. Seeing the Polynesian Islander Revue dancers perform oceanside at the Beachcomber was mesmerizing. But the highlight for me, of course, was the rare chance to taste two classic cocktails that have not been available since the October 2020 closing: The spicy Mai-Kai Swizzle, and the mighty Mutiny.
