Thanks for the Ku Anuanu recipe! I had one last night at Trader Vic's and took similar notes. Where did you get your recipe from? I'm trying to make sure every recipe is as official as I can get. I could have sworn I saw light and amber rums go into the drink. Daiquiri Apertivo An homage to the Cuban classics. We feel this would have been the Daiquiri No. 5. Kissed with grapefruit and Itailian apertivo.
