The Kahiki had its eggrolls, Trader Vics tried to do it with their trademark name on everything they could think of. The Burghoff in Chicago and many others. They hope to make a quick buck without having to deal so closely with the public and having to hire so many employees to fill jobs that are kinda getting unfillable.
