And the drinks are made in house and sold directly to customers who pick them up at the restaurant, so there is no need to worry about spoilage and fermentation. I, and many others in Florida, have been really enjoying having a Mai Kai cocktail to tide us over, and support the Mai Kai, until it opens up again for good. And as far as I have heard, there are no plans to continue with the drinks-to-go program once they do open back up.
