Sent Jason a PM, but just in case this gets seen first... Got another lead - looks like "Early Flight" was another name for this pattern: https://www.mauishirts.com/early-flight-mens-cotton-blend-aloha-shirt.html? Lotta sites have it but only in a Small; even Amazon only has that size so they must be using a same source? Not sure. Comes in a couple of colors, though, which is interesting.
