Treasure of the Amadarita
1 1/2 oz Doctor Bird
1 oz El Dorado 5 year
3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz Pimento Dram

Pistachio Orgeat Mai Tai
Mai Tai

Corn 'n Oil
1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
2 oz Barbados Rum
2-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Recently featured in a Spike's Breezeway video, I believe this is Martin Cate's version.
Corn Oil

The Concubine. A cocktail by Dave Wolfe/Basement Kahuna. Included as a Easter egg in the Grogalizer.
3 oz. White Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz. Licor 43
2 oz. Demerara rum
1 oz. Amber Rum
1 tsp. Grenadine
4 drops Pernod
Shake with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a tall glass. Garnish with a large pineapple chunk and fresh mint.

Anchors Down by Jason Anderson
1.5 Pusser's Rum
.5 Koloa Kaua'i Dark Hawaiian Rum
1.5 Lemon Juice
.25 Aunty Liliko'i's Passion Fruit Syrup
.75 Orgeat
4 Dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Measure, shake with plenty of ice, dump into Mai Tai glass and garnish with mint and half squeezed lemon.
