Thank you for posting I was looking up original TC members to see what became of them and ran across the Colonel Tiki Blog by Melintur (TC member #4, 2002) They had this drink posted Pineapple Right Side Up 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1 oz Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup 1/4 oz Falernum 1/4 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup 1 oz Coruba 1 oz Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum Flashblend with 6 oz crushed ice. Garnish with a pinapple ring, a Maraschino cherry, and a dash of fresh ground of nutmeg. Nice and flavorful but pretty tart.
