I will take many pictures of the rattan furniture and other tiki appropriate items. Hoping to formally close on July 4th. Happy independence day to me or something. None too soon as I am already annoyed with the new management company of my apartment. Oh yeah, so, May 29th, my apartment was sold out from under me to a real estate investment group and now there is a management company, so... I'm out on July 31st, the soonest I legally could.
