Chocolate Banana Deadhead Daiquiri

.50 oz Lime Juice
1.0 oz Banana Liqueur (Giffard)
.50 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1.5 oz Deadhead Dark Chocolate Rum
Shake with whole ice then double strain into a coupe glass.

Beach Bum Berry's
Yellow Submarine
1 1/2 oz Virgin Islands Gold Rum
1/4 oz Banana Liqueur
1/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup

I'm told the name is Anaheim spelled backwards and that the drink was created for a 1996 Poly Pop event at the Anaheim Museum. 1 oz Gold Rum (Mount Gay Eclipse)
1 oz Coconut Rum (Koloa)
1 oz Grand Marnier (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
This drink is definitely more than the sum of it's parts. Fairly simple ingredients in simple ratios but very enjoyable.
