.50 oz Lime Juice
1.0 oz Banana Liqueur (Giffard)
.50 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1.5 oz Deadhead Dark Chocolate Rum
Shake with whole ice then double strain into a coupe glass.

1 1/2 oz Virgin Islands Gold Rum
1/4 oz Banana Liqueur
1/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup

I'm told the name is Anaheim spelled backwards and that the drink was created for a 1996 Poly Pop event at the Anaheim Museum.
1 oz Gold Rum (Mount Gay Eclipse)
1 oz Coconut Rum (Koloa)
1 oz Grand Marnier (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
This drink is definitely more than the sum of it's parts. Fairly simple ingredients in simple ratios but very enjoyable.
