1 oz Lime Juice
Cherry speared to an apple slice is the traditional garnish.

2 oz Mezcal Joven
3/4 oz Sloe Gin
1/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Falernum
3/4 oz Pineapple
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Garnished with mint and plumaria. Note - some websites say plumaria are slightly toxic. Others say you can eat them. Do your research and assess your risk if you want to garnish with them.

OK, I picked up some Gooseberries at the farmer's market that made good dots but I didn't have anything good for a dash.

1/2 oz Appleton Estate

2 oz Light Cuban Rum
1 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Sweet Sherry
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
- Shake everything - except sherry - with ice cubes. Pour into a tall tiki mug and top with more ice and float the Sherry on top.
