Here are interior photos of the Denver Trader Vic's. The first one is from the Cosmopolitan Hotel in 1969.
These two are from 1980 in the Denver Hilton location. Unfortunately, I couldn't track down the actual photos. I reprinted this Rocky Mountain News article in my zine.
