I have not given up on this idea. Not looking to replicate Mama's, just want something inspired by it that looks and tastes good. Here's an attempt from June 2022 |
Puff pastry shells, mango mousse, and a white chocolate truffle pearl. The mousse was mango puree folded into whipped cream, a little bland. And the presentation not that great either. You win some and you lose some.
