1 oz Mezcal pref Don Amado Rustico
1 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 sprig of mint
Holiday in the Fourth Republic
3/4 oz Cognac
3/4 oz Jamaican Dark Rum
3/4 oz Mezcal
1 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Pandan Syrup
1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Garnished with a lime rosette ice cube.

2 oz Hibiscus Infused Rum (8 oz Don Q Crystal Rum, 1 oz dried Hibiscus flowers, 2 dashes Orange Water)
1/2 oz Mezcal, Don Amado Rustico
1/2 oz John Taylor Falernum
1 oz Coco Lopez
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish with 2 pineapple fronds and an orange slice (Mint and an Everclear infused sugar cane spear)
