A few old favorites

Chad Austin's
Permanent Vacation
From "Everyone Has A F*cking Cocktail Book"
2 oz White Rum
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
3 dashes Ango
Salt

Cloud Forest
from the "Tropical Standard" book.
5 drops salt solution
14-16 Thai Basil leaves
1/2 oz strained Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Coconut Mix (3 parts Coco Lopez to 1 part Coconut Milk)
1 1/2 oz 100 proof Vodka or Black Cow Vodka
Blend well
Slowly add 1/4 Xanthan Gum while blending then 170 gms crushed ice.
Garnish with a sprig of Thai Basil
I used 2 oz Don Q Cristal in place of the vodka because I'm a pirate.

Slightly modified from Potion of the Caribbean
Voodoo Grog
2 oz Barbancourt 8 Star
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Allspice Dram
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
1 Egg White
Shake VIGOROUSLY
Add ice and shake
Garnish with mint and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

2 oz Blended Scotch (Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve)
1/2 oz Amaro (Campari)
3/4 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
1/2 oz Orgeat
Shake or flash blend
Float 1/4 oz Peychaud's Bitters
