If you use a sniping service and place that same bid amount (10,000) in the last 3 seconds, you will no doubt win and nobody will have bid up your amount because it only came into play in the last 3 seconds. If someone else has the same tactic as you and throws a super high bid like that, well thats just funny because Elvis Bob isnt worth 10k of course. At that point you might as well just ask the seller to cancel.
