I believe the Black Stripe is usually rum, molasses, hot water and either cinnamon or nutmeg. You'll find one of the earliest recipes for it in Jerry Thomas' 1862 Bartender's Guide, which I'm guessing would have been the basis for Don's or TV.

I don't recognize the other drinks you've listed, but it would help if you added commas so we could tell where a cocktail name begins and ends. :)
