Here is one more: CARIOCA RUM COLLINS • 11/2 oz. Rum Carioca Gold Label • Juice of 1 whole Lime or 1/2 Lemon • 1 teaspoon finely granulated sugar Into a ten or twelve-ounce glass put cracked ice or ice cubes. Add lime juice, sugar, and Rum Carioca. Stir well—then fill the glass with Club Soda and stir lightly. If desired, decorate with cherry and a slice of orange and serve Rather than posting more recipes, you can view them all here: |
